    Hello again!! I am back!! I was out of town this weekend, but that didn't stop all of my excerise. My cousin got married this weekend, so for about an hour straight, I danced, let me tell you, my legs and abs hurt Sunday morning!! It hurt to breathe at some points!!!! So I will be adding an hour to my excerise total!! I was at Grandma's house, so the watching what you eat theory went right out the door, plus the wedding food, yeah sort of over did myself!! But how can you pass up grandma's cooking???? So I will trying my hardest to work off the weight that was put on this weekend. I did notice that my pants are getting a little too loose around the waist so that's a good thing!!

    We are doing some major, heavy cleaning in the garage today and tomorrow I am hoping to start on the house cleaning!! There is so much to do, so I am hoping that I can get some excerise in that way!! Heavy lifting, continous movement, breaking a sweat that all classifies as a workout for me!!! LOL!!!

    Well, back to some heavy cleaning in the garage!!!

    Okay, here I am!! During the kids nap today, I did 2 Densie Austin workouts for a total of 60 mintues!! That is a good start to getting back to everyday!! I was all pumped to get going after I came home from that family wedding, then I got a cold which later turned into the flu!!!! Yeah for me!! So, now that everyone should be over this in the house, I am starting everything all over again!!

    So far today~ 60 mintues!!!

    Add another 60 minutes!!! I went for a walk with my sister and niece today!! Note to self, don't walk to her house, she has a very large hill you have to walk up to get there!! I feel pretty good, although, ds did get hurt on the way back home, I had him with me in the stroller and we were coming down this hill (I am talking like small baby steps the whole way down), he was trying to make me go faster, lurched forward, stroller came out of my hands, he went down about 1/2 the hill by himself then crashed into the curb!! He has a scraped up chin, but nothing else major!! Thank goodness!! He doesn't need stiches, but it hurt his pride a little and he will be playing the feel sorry for me game for awhile I am sure, but other than that he is fine!!! For almost being three, he is such a trooper!!

    So anyway, hopefully more tomorrow, my sister and I promised him we would take him to the park, because he was so tough, so maybe we will walk there!! No hills on that route!!

    Wow, way to climb back on the exercise wagon!!

    I am doing a vault inventory at my office, which means I spent eight hours moving heavy boxes (including climbing up on step stools and lifting heavy boxes off of high shelves, then replacing them). My biceps are humming right now.

    Adding 30 mintues to my total!! I went swimming with ds today at the wellness center!! We swam and played for about an hour, only giving myself 30 mintues because I wasn't swimming the whole time!!!

    Total so far: 320 mintues!!!
