Forgot to list my Fri meal, and I have decided to give myself Sat and Sunday off, listing wise.
I did run/walk four miles yesterday and another four miles today.

Just noticed how long it has been since I posted in here! I have been walking/running, as witnessed by my fall weight loss fling sig count going up!
Haven't weighed myself since I started making Christmas cookies!
(Plump hen?)
This week is crazy, and I suspect most of my calories will be burnt off getting the house decorated and cleaned for Christmas. Next week, however, I hope to get back into the routine!!DH aka Mad Hen

Went on a four-mile walk/run today. Wow, was it cold out there! Wishing I had taken gloves, as my hands were numb by the time I got back!!

In deference to Sara's request that personal challenges be recorded in our blogs, I am moving this journey to my personal blog: Fat Hen to P.H.A.T. Chick.
