Weight Loss Challenge 10-14-08
Good afternoon fellow Weight Loss Challengers
Yesterday was a good day for me. I kept within my WW points for the entire day!!!!
I'd be interested in sharing WW recipes with anyone else on the Flex Points Plan.
My goal is to meet my weight loss goal this time for good!!!!

Hi Angie and everyone!!
Today was day 1 for me and so far so good! I was able to get outside and walk today, we had really bad Santa Ana winds yesterday but today was much calmer!! My only complaint is that I have had to run up and down the stairs to go potty a billion times......I'm drinking tons of water and using the upstairs bathroom just so I get a little extra excercise!!
As far as food goes I'm doing more of a low carb/low fat type diet.

Only got half an hour in on the bike. This is definitely a problem. Hope to do better. It's 2pm and I haven't eaten anything, so I'm off to a rotten start. But I will continue to try to improve.
