I did 62 minutes this morning, cussing out the trainer gal.....my daughter commented, " Geez Mom, its a good thing she's a video game"!!!!!

Thursday - 0 minutes.... hung over...Not a great excuse but mine none the less.
Friday - 30 minutes.....BMI down to 30.33 weight 204.8 pounds
When I first posted my BMI I posted the wrong number it was suppose to be 30.99

I'll post weight and BMI tomorrow as that will be my 7th day on the Wii Fit, but they are down!

I want to join in. I love my Fit. I will post stats later.
Goal is to go up to 1 hour 3 times a week. I have been doing 30-45 minutes. I will also be going to a gym atleast 2 times a week so I hope to see some major changes in 2009.

It's funny how that works, when I opened my Wii Fit Christmas Morning, the kids went, "oh, cool" like I'd opened a slug for a gift LMAO
Than after they saw me do it, they all have their own Mii's and are working out all the time!!
I do Love seeing them get fit using a video game instead of flattening their behinds and working out their thumbs!!!

Worked out for 42 minutes...BMI was down, weight was down over a pound! Yippee! I'm shooting for an hour today.

I Wii Fitted for 60 minutes this morning, now it is time to get busy moving large pieces of furniture AGAIN!!!
My BMI stayed the same from yesterday, I'm having to remind myself daily that I should not expect too much too fast, I think I am taking this at a good healthy slow pace so I am pleased with my results and I'm still feeling outstanding!
Now, off to the project thread then off to move desks!!!

Saturday - 30 minutes BMI 30.40 weight 205.3
It says I gained a little but I wasn't thinking I had only eaten lunch about a half hour before the work out.... Next time I will either do it first or wait longer after eating.

Jan 3/09-Weight and BMI Report
Weight: Down 2.4lbs to 166.6lbs
BMI: Down .87 to 27.77
I really think that might be a little off, we will see in the weeks to come.I think to much up and down in the eating department.

I finally got on ours yesterday, but my controller needed to be charged, so I didn't have too much time. I got in 10 min on the step aerobics.
Today I erased my old Mii's info and started fresh
I don't remember what my BMI was, but it put me in the obese category
. And my Wii fit age is 54, even though I'm only 38. Time to change that.
I did 40 min on there today...all step aerobics. I did the basic until I unlocked the advanced (so I think I did 15 on the basic step). Then 15 on advanced and the final 10 min on "free step", which worked out to be 954 steps.

BMI: 29.82 *overweight*
Wii Fit Age: 51
Today I did 43 min.
20 min free step...1978 steps
23 mixture of basic step & advanced step

I did just over an hour last night, but haven't worked out yet today. I'm going to do that soon. I like the step aerobics a lot.

I got a late workout in today... no power until awhile ago.
Did 33 minutes mostly stepping.
My weight is up a bit but that is water gain so I won't get upset with it until my official weigh in of Friday. LOL! That way hopefully the 2 pound gain will be gone by then.
