    Okay, here's yesterday's stats: BMI=20.87, WiiFit age=39, and weight=129.9...not too shabby! I worked out for 45 minutes.

~Well my hubby hooked up the Wii in our bedroom while the living room is unusable. There's no room to exercise but I did a quick body test this morning. It'd been 8 days since the last one and those 5# are gone with bonus pound gone as well. Hmmm. I re-took it just to make sure since it usually takes about a month to lose 5#, not 8 days. I'm baffled! So I guess I'm moving into maintenance. :-) My new Wii Fit goal will be 90 minutes a week as soon as it's hooked back up again.~

Yeah, I was thinking about getting her workouts but forgot we were talking video game vs. DVD

Yes, several in fact. I haven't tried any of them...she scares me, and I've only seen TBL once or twice

I did 45 min today. 30 min of that was free step (1984 steps). Also did a round of boxing, ab twists, tricep extension, ski jump, hula hoop, and Penguin game (forget the name...Penguin Slide, maybe?)

Tomorrow is my official weigh in day

I was watching Oprah the first episode of her Best Life Week. She mentioned that she does 30 minutes cardio then strength training because if she does the cardio first she keeps up her heart rate/sweating while doing the strength exercises. So my last 2 workouts I did a bit of warm up on balance games, then 30 minutes aerobics, then finished with strength and yoga and I definitely could feel myself working harder!

I spent 47 minutes in all areas of Wii today. My BMI is down another .6! That is awesome. My weight was down 1.3 lbs, of course, I don't rely much on the Wii for that. But I noticed after just a couple weeks of being back on, it takes me longer to tire out, so stamina is building!

I am joining the Biggest Loser group at my church; we will weigh in and work out starting on Monday.
I don't rely on the Wii Fit for my weight. The other day I weighed myself and then re-did the fitness test (I can't remember why), and it said I weighed 2 lbs more than I had 1 minute before.

So I use my regular scale to weigh-in vs. the Wii.

I need to work on better eating habits too. I have been a lot better than I was at Christmas time, but I still need to tame the wild beast that is my sweet tooth

I dont bother with it for the weight part either, I set an extremely long goal for that but my main focus on the Wii fit is to tone up and feel better!
I also noticed my stamina improving too, I always start with the yoga, then the strength excersizes and then on to the games! THe games are kind of my reward for doing the other excersizes!!
But this mornings workout and last nights I never even bothered with the games!

I did over an hour last night on the WiiFit and today I have done 40 minutes so far. I might work out again this evening if I have time. My BMI is 20.94 and my weight has gone up from 129.9 to 130.2. Ugh! I hope that's because of all the water I'd been drinking. I'm telling myself that anyway! The main thing is my clothes look and feel looser already. I also feel stronger and don't get winded like I was.

How does one challenge the trainers? I don't think I've seen that option.

Once you have gotten so far in the different excersizes you "earn" new catagories, they will be in an orangeish color and say "challenge" on them! I have earned 3, the plank, the jack knife and I cant remember what the other one is!!!
