My Food Log
Its hard to believe i have been trying to get down to the illusive 60kg (132lbs) for 4 years. I started 4 years ago at 85kg (187kg), same as i am now, but i dont remember feeling this "fat" and bloated. Around my boobs is so wide, that its pushing my underwires out and my arms hit them...yuk yuk yuk!
I want to try to get this under control, i have the money situation under control, i dont see why i cant get this under control. I dont really want to aim for a certain weight, but just to fit in a size 12 (aust size) would be nice.
I am going to try and post my food and exercise log in here.
For today my food log is:
1 April 2009
Breakfast: 1 x thick slice rasin toast with marg
1 x cup coffee, lite milk and 1 sugar
Snack: Nothing
Lunch: Campbells Irish Stew soup
Wholemeal roll with marg
cup of tea, lite milk, 1 sugar
3 x biscuts
Snack: nothing
Dinner: Grilled steak (bout medium size)
cup of peas
jacket potato
Water: 1L
Exercise: no walking since its raining, but hoping to do some time on the wii.Last edited by mopples; 04-01-2009 at 12:49 AM.
