    Default Mommy4Ever's weightloss challenge

Ok, so I'm back on track with weightloss....

I'm cutting out the bad, and eating the good

I'm posting this as an accountability challenge, and encourage anyone to join me

I am using weight watchers guidelines, I find it easier than calorie counting as they take into account fat and fiber, not just calories.

Breakfast: home made pancakes 2. 6 pts
Snack home made pudding: 1 pt/
    Lunch: veggie soup: 0pt

Now to plan the rest of the day... Out of 23 points I still have 16 pts! WOW! I can eat alot more Supper will eat up quite a few of those. But that is ok.

pm snack : peach mango smoothie: 3 pts

Supper: I'll have to check back.

    Ok, today, thus far.:

Breakfast: veggie soup(who said breakfast had to be starch and sugar and fruit?) 0pt.

I'm drinking it in a mug, it replaces my sweet coffees admirably with less calories and MORE nutrition...can't go wrong there

I have successully added green smoothies to my daily diet. I feel fantastic.

I'm not suffering from cravings, even after baking some of my favorites, I have no desire to eat any of it. I don't even care to snack that much.

So far I'm down just shy of 6 lbs since the beginning of posting this. I notice more that my clothes are looser than before.

Just another on, 25 to 30 to go(not this month!).
