    Default 10,000 Steps per Day

    This is my challenge to myself this month. I've put on quite a bit of weight in the past few months so this should keep me active. Sitting all day at work doesn't help at all!
    My pedometer will keep me accountable, since I wear it all waking hours.
    Anyone else in?
