    Talking July Exercise Challenge--Join Me!

    I'm going to up mine to 1/2 hour 4 times a week for this month.

    1/2 hour 6 days per week. I MUST do this! For health ~ both mental and physical. Not to mention, I have to schedule my physical and my dr. is going to yell at me for not having lost ANYTHING in 3 years!

    I'm joining in on this challenge as well! I will be walking with a friend Monday thru Friday mornings and I will also get to Curves atleast 3 days a week!!

    Count me in. I have to have SOME sort of accountability!! I'm going to try for 15 days of exercising at least 20 minutes.

    I'm in, I'm trying to do a combination of Wii Fitness, riding the recumbent bike, pilates and walking. My goal is 30 minutes a day of 1 of these 5 days a week.
