Hey, mind if I jump in as well? I have been bad about not eating my weeds and seeds lately. Not really eating much meat, but eating a lot of dairy and baked goods.

~Please join us MH! I was just trying to decide if I should try to keep up with this thread in December and now I know I definately should.
I can only foresee this getting harder during the coldest months and I need some accountability to help me make good choices.~~Constance

Okay, it is noon, and so far, I've had one apple, a can of peas (according to the can, 3.5 servings), and approx 1/2 c. of diced pineapple (1 serving). That gets me to 5.5 servings so far!!

You're really rolling madhen!! Have been avoiding this thread because I have been doing sooooooo poorly in this area.
So I just got the crockpot going with the broth from the turkey and carrots, onions, mushrooms, celery, red pepper, and corn. The mushrooms and corn are from my dehydrating stock. I'll add the turkey later on....et voila!! HM turkey soup!! Sure have gotten a lot of mileage from that $4 turkey - and it' still going strong!!
I will be having an apple for a snack a little later and then turkey salad with veggies for lunch!!
Nuisance - you have to keep this going - I'm like a little kid who needs to know that you are here to keep me on track!!
Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Noshed on a kiwi, but it was small, so I'll count it as 1/2 serving, for a total of six so far. I did go on a peanut butter binge earlier today (can't resist the Skippy super crunchy), but I suspect the fat content negated any good the peanuts did!!

Having dinner - roasted potatoes - I only roasted two, but they were good sized russets, so probably 3-4 servings. Total for the day:
9 servings (6.5 servings of veggies, 2.5 servings of fruit)DH aka Mad Hen
