2 servings of raisins, 2 apples, a serving of baby carrots, and I'm roasting potatoes for dinner, so probably 2 servings of those.

    Saturday:

    Veggies/fruit/legumes:
    1. ½ cup strawberries
    2. ¾ cup peppers, carrots & celery
    3 & 4. 1 cup grapes
    5. 1/2 cup green beans
    6. ½ cup peppers
    7. 1 1/2 cup romaine

    Sunday:
    Veggies/fruit/legumes:
    1. strawberries
    2. ½ cup onions
    3. 1 apple
    4. ½ cup white beans
    5. ½ cup white beans
    6. ½ cup stir fried peppers
    7. ½ cup green beans

I really must write everything down. Used to keep track with pen and paper, but now I just use a word program and keep it up all day so I update it - seems to be working well - and will for the next five weeks that I'm at home. Then I'll figure out what will work best.

One good thing about this challenge is, between it and the water challenge, I don't have the time or the stomach space for much else!!

yesterday I did not do so well - 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 apple and 2 cups green salad.

I am much more successful when I start off the day with fruit or veggie. Today I started with 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries in my oatmeal.

Yesterday, I started the day with an apple for breakfast. I had a veggie burger with tomato, lettuce, and onion for lunch, so I'm giving myself 2 servings there. Had beef stew with carrots, potatoes, and peas for dinner - another two servings. Ate another apple when I got home, so a total of six servings (4 veggie, 2 fruit).

Had five servings yesterday - so definite improvements happening:

    1. ½ cup strawberries
    2. ½ cup garbanzo beans
    3. ½ orange
    4. green salad
    5. 1 cup multicolored peppers

One thing I have noticed is that I am opting for more colored vegetables instead of my traditional green!!

~I've been keeping a paper record of my servings but I can't remember what exactly I had so I can't list.
The last couple of days have been bad. When I'm sick all I want to eat is carbs.

Still glad I am keeping track, but not doing as well as I would like to. Just talked to DH about this, so he peeled me an apple!! Need to shop smarter too.

Today: 1/4 cup mushrooms, 1 apple
