    Smile November 2009 - Exercise Challenge - Join Me!

    ~Just setting this up for tomorrow. What are your exercise goals for the month of November?
    I'm in for 20, 30 minute sessions for the month(600 minutes total).~

    Nuisance...I really need this. I've been sick and then trying to catch up and I just haven't made time for me. I feel so much better when I'm exercising, but have left it out.

    My goal for November is two do at least 30 minutes of exercise, 4 day a week.

    120 minutes per week.
    And my other fitness goals are to learn how the elliptical machine at the gym works and drink a bottle of water every time I exercise.
