    ~I doubt I'll make my goal either. I started the month out strong but had to take a week off because of the flu and then I've failed to plan well during the last week.

    ~30 minutes of WF+ today. I'm ending the month at 14/20 sessions. Being sick for a week didn't help at all. I'm sure that January will be much better. ~
