Today the temps were in the '60s and so beautiful. We went on a long date: started with exercising together, then went shopping in little thrift stores, had lunch at a coffeeshop, and then visited my parents.
Breakfast: cheese, grapes, roll, coffee
Lunch: cheeseburger chowder, ham/turkey/bacon/cheddar club on croissant, water
Supper: none. Still full from that lunch!Spiritual:

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. Hard to believe the new year is almost here. I was here a couple of days ago and got caught up on several pages of posts. Have not been posting what I eat cause it has been so bad. I hope to get on track with the new year.

My last post on this thread....
Breakfast: chicken soup, coffee
Lunch: will be fish and ???
Supper: eating with friends tonight. Everyone is bringing something, so I'll look around for some high protein, some veggies, some fruit....
Not a bad year, overall. I've lost 8 pounds. Not what I wanted, but better than none.
Happy New Year!Spiritual:

Well I chickened out and stepped on the scale this morning. I'm down a pound...181.8. Not bad. Guess I ate more sensibly yesterday...the cookies are gone!
I must admit I made an effort to stuff fruit in my mouth when the sweet cravings got too much. That helped I'm sure.
