    3x a week for 20 minutes to start since it was too hot to try to get started last month .

    Mahalo for getting us going Debbie!! I'm in for 30 minutes/day or 900 minutes for the month!! I am really excited because I kept my minutes updated and met my goal for August with minutes to spare!!

    Friday: 30 mins stationary bike

    last wednesday i walked over an hour at the beach/ boardwalk
    and twice this week i was walking at the mall and walked the whole mall for about an hour each day ( and i am a fast walker not a slow browser )
    so thats 180 minutes so far .
