    Hi everyone,

    I would love to join in with this challenge. I lost weight with help of people here a few years ago and I need a bit of support to keep it going now!

    My goal is to do a minimum of 30 minutes exercise each day.

    Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11

    05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.

    Thanks for the welcome. I'm sure I'll do as well this time as I did last time everyone here helped me out.

    Today I have done 30mins on the exercise bike, "mountain" setting so intensity increased every 3 minutes then (thankfully) decreases every 3 minutes. Feels great, can hardly walk though!
