Really had to push myself to workout today, came so close to skipping it. 30 mins cardio on the elliptical this evening.

Training day out on the range yesterday, and I am sore, sore, sore. One thing I notice, however, is that my arms and shoulders aren't as sore as they usually are. I think those daily push-ups are helping!

Well, I'm out. I tore up my back last week and did a number on it again today. It hurts to move, and I'm not going to aggravate it by exercising till it's better, which past experience tells me could be at least a couple weeks.

    Maybe next month.

    Today - treadmill - 40 min, 2.91 mi, 533 calories burned

I am sneaking up on the 3 mile mark in 30 minutes.

FYI - TOMORROW 11:00 a. m. is my 90 day followup with the doctor. I will be in his face with the weight loss and hopefully the blood tests will come back showing my blood sugar is back to normal and my cholesterol and BP are down. I want OFF the cholesterol meds, reduce the BP meds, and NOT go on diabetes meds.

    WISH ME LUCK TOMORROW!!!!

Mary I can't wait to hear how it goes!

I had to seriously modify my workout. Dropped way down to 5 lb weight and instead of any lunges did squats. I did a little yoga before and after to loosen up
