    I'm still having a really hard time getting to the village routinely but I keep my excersize log or I get off track.

    You all did WONDERFUL this month!!!!

    cathcing up my month:
    16th - 55 min lower body circuits with weights
    17th - 58 min walk/jog (38.5 min)
    18th - 30 min push ups and core work + 43 min upper body weight circuits
    19th - 66 min walk/jog (42.5 min)
    20th - 50 min lower body circuits with weights
    21st - 40 min upper body weight circuits
    22nd - off
    23rd - 60 min lower body circuits with weights + 25 min low imp. aerobics
    24th - 70 min walk while making my Easter calls
    25th - 80 min walk/jog (50 mins. - 26 minutes straight )
    26th - 45 min upper body weight circuits
    27th - 60 min lower body circuits with weights
    28th - 60 min walk/jog (30 min)
    29th - 50 min upper body weight circuits

    I'm suppose to do a leg circuit today but we'll see how it goes we've got a soccer tournament.

    915 + 792 = 1707/1400

    since 3/19 I'm down 2.75 inches in my waist!!!!!!!! Another couple of inches to go there. (The whole waist thing is from a health standpoint not just the I'd love to be a "fill in the #")

    The gym is officially on hiatus until my assignment is done - I simply won't have time this week once back in my home city. I will be returning on May 10th, a Tuesday, after work.

    In the meantime, I have walked for at least an hour today.

    Well, April has ended and I didn't exercise today because I was feeling really unwell still from whatever food make me sick last night.

    According to my fitness site (WHY does it always think it's spam when I type the name??) where I track my exercise, I did 1,024 minutes this month!

    For the last day of April, I did get in 30 minutes of pool exercises!!

    About a half hour walk today. I have the cold, so it wasn't very sprightly, but it was a walk nonetheless!
