Doing a combination of P90X 3days a week, running 3 days a week, and pilates one day a week for the next 3 months.

My goal is 1500 minutes of exercise and 40 miles of running for June.

30 min run today. Just under 3 miles -- the heat/humidity really slowed me down!

Today I walked to our pool which took 10 minutes and left me a little breathless - uphill a bit - I was glad that I could do it at all since it's been years since I walked there.

Did 10 minutes of pool exercises then DH picked me up for an errand.

    Twenty minutes total today.
