    Not sure of my total goal this month. Right now I'm weight lifting with a bit of cardio 3 days a week, and trying to get out for a run or other cardio 3 other days of the week.

    Yesterday: Lower body weight training & 15 minutes on the treadmill
    Today: Ran 4 miles and walked 1 mile
