    I do between 30 to 45 minutes per day at the gym. I've decided to add running to my list, I'm sure for about a month I'll be hurting BADLY!

    I will join you since I need to lose a few pounds (more like 20) before out trip to Hawaii in the new year.

    I will commit to 45 min. 5-6 times a week.

    i have taken off 9 lbs since december however my body is now telling me it is time to take off more...I can't stand the bloated yucky feeling fat feeling any longer however i have a hard time staying motivated...I was lucky to take off the 9 lbs without much change in lifestyle not sure why it happened...but it has stayed off..Yeah....i guess i will put in for 20 minutes 3-4 times a week....and see if that goes well...

    present weight 149
    goal for august is to be 147....taking it off slowly but need to make some overall changes to accomplish this...

    Ok I am going to join you. I am going to start at committing to 30 - 45 (5 times a week). I have some weight to lose and this is a great way to kick start it.
    My jeans are not fitting me and I am NOT going to buy bigger ones lol. DF and I are getting married some time this fall or winter and I am going to meet his DD and grandkids for the first time around Christmas. So I am wanting and NEEDING to get healthier and lose some weight.
