    Thumbs up November 2011 - Exercise Challenge - Join Us!!

    New month and it's the month of yummy food!!

    Thanksgiving and all those treats that get snuck out of the kid's bags while they are at school is NOT going to help the waistline so let's get moving!!!

    I am in for 45 minutes per day.

    I don't have a set amount of minutes but perhaps 3x/week? I haven't been keeping up with it and I really should start back since winters starting to set in and I want to keep my metabolism burning the fat.

    We have a vacation planned for this month so I wonder how this will affect my goal.

    I'm in for 20 minutes 5 days per week. I've been walking that much for the past 2 weeks, so this will be more motivation. I'd like to be up to 30 minutes by the end of the month.

    I'm in too! I'll say 5 days per week, 35-45 minutes each. Have always exercised religiously for the past twenty years but have burned myself out this past year. I think I'll switch it up.

    Okay, Debbie-cat, I didn't want to exercise but I did it and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be, lol. I think I just got tired of doing the same ole thing. I switched to Denise Austin this morning instead of Kathy Smith (she wears me out) and Jillian Michaels (who just KILLS me, lol) I think tonight I'll get the whole family to go walking or riding their bikes with me. I'm glad you posted!
