    Default hope and a plan again

    Walked outside this morning; 1st time in 4 years unaided by cane or walker. Legs holding up, but wobbly. Hope to be able to do this from now on...should have a better chance than the last time 2 yrs. ago, when my legs were still too weak.
    Really need to get all this body pain under control, hope the exercise and free movement will help the shortened ligaments, weakened muscles and limited range of motion. Must be careful not to overdo, as I still have only 1/3 working muscle left due to my illness, which continues to ravage the muscle fibers.
    It's good to have hope and a plan again for physical improvement.
