I have nothing good to report (nothing terrible either) but my weigh-in for tomorrow AM will not be showing any losses. I have managed to get myself discouraged and I am hanging off the side of the wagon at the moment. Don't worry, I will pull myself up before I get run over by the wheels.

The weather is breaking and I am getting outside more often so that is going to be a huge plus for me. Let's face it, i'm old. Old people can't just stop eating and lose weight like they could when they were youngins'. It is going to take some exercise to get this sluggish metabolism going again. And right now I am too buried under my winter blankies to do it...

So Glory - here's my weight loss (and I am not going to PM it so the whole world can see) .... it's a big fat zero for the week... woohoo!!! Go me!

I hope everyone else has had a better week.
    Hang in there gang!

    PEP TALK TIME!!!

SS, you can't be as old as me! Seriously though, you hit a plateau along the way, which can be discouraging. Just keep trying, and you'll get thru this time. Bless you for trying and for being honest. If we are all honest, we probably see ourselves where you are many times. At least..... I have.....

    Breakfast:
    high protein mush, coffee

    Lunch:
    high protein mashed potatoes, zucchini

    Supper: (Sigh...)
We were invited out to a friend's home, and she fixed a lovely delicious supper for us. Pork roast, roast carrots, slaw, rolls, peace cobbler. I'm not supposed to have the sugars and starch, so the only thing I could legally eat was the pork. But I ate some of everything..... Will have to exercise double time tomorrow....

    Snack: nothing

    Exercise: Curves routine

Goal weight achieved. Weighed in at 8 st 6 (118lbs). Overall aim is 8 st 3, so very close to winning the battle of the last 10 lbs I may or may not decide at that point to go down to just under 8 st, but we'll see how I'm feeling when I've got to my next target.

No weight loss for me this week. I feel like I have the winter blahs, need some warmer weather so I can get outside and blow the cobwebs off of me and get some exercise.

Great work, Squidge! Sorrry, Rabbit, I know about the winter blahs and really look forward to setting our clocks ahead to give me motivation to do more after dinner, too.

I am reporting 1 pound down this week, slowly but surely making progress in tiny increments. Total loss = 12. Initial goal is 18. Will reevaluate if I can get the next 6 off me!

Our Friends 'n Family Biggest Loser Challenge starts in a week when the time changes. I haven't added any exercise to my regimen yet so the lighter hours after 5pm combined with the new challenge just might be the motivation I need to get moving more.

Supper: Salmon, grilled zuchinni, green salad
Snack: none (gonna try to resist...)

I'm trying to eat very carefully today to offset last night's feast.

Hey Frugal Village! Give a shout out for the weight loss group. This week 4 losers lost 9.5 pounds. That brings our yearly total up to 110.5 pounds lost.

Look at it this way: We have lost a whole person! (at least a skinny whole person....)

    Weigh to go!!

Heading home folks. Won't weigh in till next week. Have no idea what I weigh now. My pants are loose again...the ones I just took in a couple weeks ago. But I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch. I'll wait till I get back to my own scale before I say anything more about my weight!

At least you can still count your chickens...I ate mine ~ hahahahahahahhahahahaha.......... (not really, I don't eat chickens)

I have to get my butt back into gear for sure.

Tomorrow is a big cooking day of yummy veggies to get me thru the week!

Good job everyone! I wish I could say that I was a part of your success club this week - but I was not....I was one of your biggest losers....hahahahaha

SS: yeah, well, I guess I ate just enough chicken, because I lost 1.5 pounds the past six days. I suspect it was the added exercise. Will have to make sure I get some today too. I'm at 163.8 lbs. right now. Aiming for 160 by mid-month.

    Way to go Squidge!

Sorry to not be checking in. I haven't been weighing often so I dont have much to report. I'm hitting ht exercise much harder than before so off the scale I stay! However the last time I checked I was at 15.4 lbs lost in 2012.

Ohmigosh, you all are doing so great! Keep up the good work. I had one pound loss to report on Saturday and then went shopping and out to eat with a friend Saturday - we stuffed ourselves on fajita fillings and washed it down with a strawberry margarita - so now I'm up two pounds since Saturday but I'll work on flushing that out before the upcoming weigh-in And after this upcoming Saturday I will be adding in some exercise so I can compete for Friends N Family Biggest Loser locally!
