QM-sounds like our DH's have the same personality. When we were your age and the kids were small I had to ask him to watch the kids. He called it babysitting. Truely not getting that they were his kids too and it wasn't a favor. Also DH gets mad at me when I'm sick. W/ him I don't think he has the emotional tools for "worry" and just defaults to "angry".
Took a 2 hr. nap again. I exhausted myself walking yesterday. So because our mattress sucks I am always on catch up w/ sleep.
Mackey story
Mackey-marmaduke sized dog of 95#'s is afraid of bugs. We had a beetle type bug in the house. He sees it. Sniff snorts it under the blanket, flips the blanket, peeks at it, jumps in the air like EEEK
and moves back. The poor bug rolls up and freezes. Mackey relaxes and the bug starts moving again to get away-repeat scene. Mackey races around the room. Mackey glances over at me w/ a worried frown. It's so hard not to laugh. If you remember originally this was to be my new guard dog to replace GOODDOG the sheperd.

FW2 - That's a funny dog/bug-story! haha! I wish I could have seen it happen!

DD1 is so kind to me when I'm sick. She offered to massage my back after she's done getting ready for bed. Of course, I said yes and thank you! I'll also give her a back massage. She's so sweet!!!If you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else.

Well just came out of my Sunday coma and realized the kids both start summer session at comm coll. on top of oldbeagles vet visit.

BF will take DD and I will pick up
Dogs vet visit is in between
I will buy Ds's book w/ the CC before his class when I pick up DD after Ddogs visit.
DD will come home and rent online
Ds will go to campus w/ book handed off to him and take cash to second campus and buy used if poss. If not I will come over and charge book.
DANG
I wish the big refund check would come. Scared to put the Ds on the CC but O I wish I could!

DebC, prayers for you! Hang in there!
Oldest ds left his algebra book on the couch opened up to the page he was doing while we went to dinner at my parents' house yesterday and mini Doxie Daisy chewed up a couple of pages. He was renting the book so now I've got to pay somewhere between $100 and $200 probably to replace it! I've told all of the guys that they have to put anything valuable up out of reach because we never know when she might chew something, but being well...guys...they NEVER listen and then come whining to me. I am so sick of ds and his issues! Please, oh please God, let him get through school, get a job, and GET out!
I took male mini Doxie outside by way of the deck on Saturday and something (think it was a carpenter bee) landed on my sleeve or gown without me knowing and got mashed a bit between my arm and chest so the little demon stung me THROUGH my gown on the breast and THROUGH my sleeve on the arm. Hurt like the dickens and now itches like mad! I had to go out and by Benadryl and Benadrly ointment to try and get some relief! I tell you, I have the worst luck!
Busy week for me so I probably won't be on much. Have knitting tonight, retirement dinner for dh tomorrow at the convention center (gotta figure out what to wear for this), will be working at churchat least two days with pricing and sorting for the church yard sale, breakfast out with my Mom, going downtown for early voting on the gay marriage issue in NC, etc. etc. Oh, and I need to remember to write middle ds' math teacher a note about his grade. Will be dogsitting for my parents this weekend too. Also have to pull some turnips and plant more beans and peas. There's a job I want to apply for also which has to be done today, tomorrow, or Wed.
Anyway, I'd better get started...have a good day everyone!
