    Thumbs up 2012 Exercise Challenge

    New year - new you! Come join us on the exercise challenge!!!

    Plan on how much exercise you wish to strive for each day/week and post it here.

    We can help to keep each other motivated!

    I am in for 45 minutes per day. How about you?

    I'm in for 30 min 5 days a week. That equals 7800 minutes for the year. If I do more than so be it....but I think I can manage 30 minutes for 5 days. I have the Wii Fit now and also Zumba for Wii, plus a gym membership....I have no excuse not to exercise! Here's to a new year and a healthier year!

    This goal is the most difficult for me so I intend to take baby steps.
    My goal is to exercise for 20 minutes three times per week.

    It can be to walk, bike, use the bo flex, use balance ball and bands or whatever as long as it is 20 minutes. I am embarrased to admit how much gear I own that I never use.....like a WI fit that has never been out of the box to date......Bo flex that I used 2 times in 2 years.....so today I declare ENOUGH ALREADY USE THE STUFF !!!!!!!

    Time Goals
    Exercise 3x per week - walk/bike/boflex/dvd/yoga class 15/1


    Health Goals
    Drink 32 ounce water or herbal tea daily 31 days/3
    Sleep - retire no later than 11 in bed as opposed to on chair

    UFO July - Hem Maddies dress/weed flower beds again

    Every little tiny bit helps to get rid of that debt

    So far, so good. 2 days in, 2 days of 30 minutes of exercise. Day 1 was 30 minutes of Just Dance 3 with DD, which is exhausting! Day 2 was 30 minutes on the treadmill.

    I made goal both days - 15 minutes each - must admit that all the time doing my hand exercises - but that's okay since it is the most important exercising I can do for myself right now - creating good habits - just saying
