Lfl - 3/13 Check-in
Well I'll have to start my OP (on program) count back at zero today. I went to the dentist this morning for part 1 of my root canal, and just wasn't able to eat my minimum today. I had heard so many horror stories about root canals, and was shaking like a leaf. But it wasn't that bad, although part of my tooth did break off
, and I have a temporary crown for now. Here's my day:
Breakfast: 6 points
Honey Bunches of Oats
Banana, 1/2
Milk
Lunch: 5 points
Ham and cheese sandwich
Dinner: 7 points
Honey nut shredded wheat, 1 1/2 servings
Milk
Snack: 2 points
Mint skinny cow
My total points for the day is 20
My range is 22-27
I drank all of my water and did the WATP2 tape.

Awww sorry you had that dentist appointment I always hate mine even if I'm just going for a cleaning. I hate that gunky stuff they use, it's sooooo gross
Thursday I just floated around not really paying attention much to my eating, but I did eat cornbread, sandwhiches, low fat ice cream, and strawberries... among a few other things.
I also did my own workout using the fanny firmer. Concentrated on my glutes/abs and some cardio... a little on my shoulders and biceps. I got about a 20-30 min workout..and actually did sweat from it. (just not nearly as much as when I follow the whole tape)
