LFL Check in 6/23
Hey everyone, how are you all doing today?
I have walked early this morning and will walk again this evening, but after being rainy and high's around 50-60 for months, summer has hit with full force today and its 90 here today, so until we have adjusted, we are kinda taking it easy with outside exercise today.
I installed air conditioners this morning at watp time, so I am doing watp in a bit.
Need to start drinking water, have not had any yet today, and as I said its very hot
eating is going well so far...

I'll be biking during Oprah, 8 miles. Will be nice to get back to excersising. Although my foot is a bit improved, it still bothers me so I need to be extra careful.
I walked .6 miles to get the mail.
Eating is going well, drinking ummmm.

Well, I only managed to walk a mile today, but did some weights. It is really hot here too. I have to do it early in the morning or late in the evening if I am going to exercise outside.
As for eating, I did ok today. I didn't get in much water though.
I need to do better at that.

I did my 3 mile WATP tape

And as of today, I've lost 4 lbs on Atkins and have been sugar free for a week!

Back on Atkins, day ONE!!!
Feeling good. This is a little modified...slightly
I cant give up my morning coffee, also I have a little carnation french vanilla in it, as that is the only way I can drink it! It does have a little sugar in it.
So caffeine and a slight amount of sugar, otherwise... back to protein because it works~

Yikes I had a bad monday eating wise

Breakfast: 3 slices honey wheat berry bread, butter, applesauce as a spread
Lunch: 3/4 cup reduced fat vanilla ice cream W/ chopped mango, 4 grain rolled oats and soy nuts (this was SO good!)
2 slices honey wheat bread W/ all natural peanut butter and grape jelly, one with cheese and romaine lettuce and I think I also had a popsicle?
Dinner: LOTS of baby carrots, and some celery with a semi low fat dip, Chips (about 8) with LOTS of salsa, almost a whole bag of light popcorn, rootbeer and a rootbeer float, about FOUR popsciles
Snack: Some corn pops with milk, and more chips and salsa. About 15 chips?
After my snack I lifted weights for at least 30 minutes.
I was just in heaven with being able to eat popcorn and popsicles without ayla begging for some
