Ok Here we go...6/20

Hi everyone!!
I have done a 1 mile watp tape.
Plan for the day:
Breakfast-1 english muffin w/ 1 tbs peanut butter
2 cups oj
Calcium supplements
Other plans for the day:
Salad either for lunch or dinner
2 qts water
an evening walk
