Is any one keeping online food logs?? I would love to start keeping track of my food for each day.. I already am keeping a journal at home, but maybe if I do it here too, I will have double the accountability... I will start to post mine today...
Saturday the 7th
two small brownies
10 chicken mcnuggets
32 oz water
6" Sub sandwich Italian BMT
I usually skip breakfast... I know a complete nononono... I just can't eat early in the morning... Any way, I think this would be a great way to track every morsel I take in.. Later on I plan to add my exercise log and maybe even my weight ....Any one else want to join???Bonnie mom to

Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
