Thank Goodness for LFL Program
I went to a network meeting a few nights ago. Everyone was ordering food so I ordered vegetarian--I received 4 veggies. The portions were huge!. As I sat eating and trying to finish my meal, I sort of stopped mid-forkful and wondered why I was stuffing myself, I was already full.
I put my fork down and stopped eating. I am so proud. I owe this action to LFL.
I love you guys, you are my

WTG Vannie!
I'm like that too. I'll try to eat everything on my plate even though I'm full.

I have to agree. It's wonderful to have the support we have here in the LFL program..
You did a great job on not eating it all.

Well, you've made a difference!
I was just eating a giant poppyseed muffin, drenched in butter.
I read your post and decided that I'm full. 1/4 muffin left.2012 Knitting in progress

Thanks for your support. I have never been on a real diet before so I really appreciate feedback.
It's so odd that I do that. I don't remember my mom making me eat everything on my plate or anything.
