Good Monday All:
I will be posting in this challenge everyday. I hope I have some joiners. Weekly challenges work best for me and I think I can really do some good if I hold myself accountable a couple of times a day.
My plans for today:
Breakfast - cinnamon swirl toast with a little "butter" 160 calories
yogurt 80 calories
2 cups of black coffee 0 calories
Snack - apple 60 calories
Drink 6 cups water before workout at 2:15pm
Exercise for 40 min doing cardio and 20 min weights.
Remind myself that just because I am bored, doesn't mean I have to eat/drink pop.
That is all I have planned so far today, but at least I have a plan!
