    Smile Have you moved your body today?

    I got the kids off to school and then did WATP 2 mile express (stretchie band).

    I'm looking to start a big challenge for myself tomorrow. I'm going to try to do 40 miles in April. We'll see how that goes.

    I was so proud of myself. Yesterday afternoon...my dd and I walked 1 mile. I know it is not much but I HAVE GOT to get off my rear and get back into exercising. I have just been lazy and gaining weight. I am going to try really hard to start walking most days for my weight, and health (just to feel better).

    I do my workout after the kids get home from school, usually. Which probably isn't the best policy because at least one of them ALWAYS comes upstairs to interrupt w/ some "emergency".

    I'll be doing 40 minutes on the exercise bike at 18-20mph. I usually get 11-14 miles in.

    I'll be hoping on the treadmill as soon as my tennis shoe are dry.

    I did 43 minutes at 18-20 mph and got just a little over 12 miles

    Not yet I do my exercise at night, after supper dishes are done and the kids are ready for bed, I tune on the kitchen and do my walking tape at the same time so instead of watching tv sitting on my butt I am watching tv and working my butt off, I will do 2 miles tonight while I am watching the biggest loser on tv.

    I did, I did!

    We got a total gym (don't laugh....that thing works your tail off if you do it right) so I did 2 days workout on that. (they're short, 6-8 minute workouts...even though they say that's all that's needed it feels tooooo short for me, until it's over that is..... ) I'm trying to alternate between that and the gazelle, doing hard cardio every other day.

    Good for you Chelle, keep up the great work!

    I was outside (whoohoo!!!) planting an asparagus bed, putting in potatoes, and some lettuce. Our yard has never been worked before, so it took me 2 hours to dig in some good dirt, fertilizer, etc.........
    I googled it, and 2 hours of moderate gardening burns 468 calories.....YEA!!!

    I walked, according to my stepper ,about 4 miles.Too cold and windy so I came home.
