Tender Baked Parmesan Chicken
This is really easy. You can easily cut this in half and save the other chicken breast for a chicken salad the next day or put in it a wrap. Two meals from one recipe!
TENDER BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 Minute(s)
Cook Time: 20 Minute(s)
1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise (I use low fat)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Lawry's® Garlic Powder With Parsley (or just plain garlic powder and toss in some parsley - fresh or dry)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 450°.
In small bowl, combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, cheese and Garlic Powder. Brush both sides of chicken with mayonnaise mixture, then coat in bread crumbs. On baking sheet, arrange chicken.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked (juices run clear).

I used to have this recipe, and misplaced it a couple of years ago. Thanks for posting it.

I have made this before (w/regular Hellman's), and it was delicious. I'll have to try it with the lower fat stuff and see if I can sneak it by my family
Sometimes if they know it's lower fat/lower calorie, they'll
before even giving the food a fair chance

This recipe sounds really good. I am going to try it.
Can anyone tell me what the best price for buying chicken is. I am kind of new to being frugal and honestly don't know what a good price for chicken is. Thanks.
