Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins


1/2 c. butter or oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup mashed)
1/2 cup white bean puree
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Bake in a greased muffin tin at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes 12 muffins.
