Vanilla Ice Cream
Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons lowfat buttermilk
3 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
1/2 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped from the pod
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla seeds in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Add seeds and refrigerate.
