Default What hobby makes you feel most relaxed?

Scrapbooking. I love going to the scrapbook store and picking out the supplies I need. I also enjoy taking pictures and finding pictures online to use for my scrapbook.

I would also say scrapbooking. My sister and I get together and do this about three times per year. We get a couple bottles of wine and set aside a weekend. Our childen get to hang out together and so do us sisters! We hold up the pages when we are done so the other can say what a wonderful page it is, or to give suggestions.

I LOVE scrapbooking with my sister!!!

I would have to say painting. I would say watercolor in particular...but really anything relaxes me.

I'd say sewing too, but I tend not to use patterns and sometimes get more frustrated than relaxed trying to get something right!~

~Relaxed? Hand sewing, drawing floorplans or painting. If you had said "happiest" I would have answered hiking!~`

Running. I rarely feel more relaxed than I do when I come back from a nice long run.

Hmm for relaxed I would have to say reading or fishing. To me there's nothing more relaxing than that, other than sleeping.

Knitting, if it's something simple or 'doesn't matter'. (Learning a difficult pattern goes under 'work'. )

Quilting--ditto--if it's something that is art-for-it's-own-sake, sort of.

You scrapbooking ladies amaze me. How do you do it?? I go into anxiety attacks when I get out photos and try to do something with them! "how should I do this, will this look stupid, what should I group this with?" I go into panic mode!

It took me 19 years to put my wedding photos into an album.

Pulling weeds and gardening. I like mowing the grass too, although that's not really a hobby Basically, I like anything that gives me any length of time without someone asking me for something or having to referee between my kids
