They are so cute. There is so many things that can be made out of jean legs.

I've also seen aprons made out of jean legs and they are just adorable.

I've made bags from the top part of jeans before and I was thinking of doing some for my craft market but I NEVER thought of using the bottoms too!

This is a great idea! - Thank you.

The hiking bags are just like these.... Very simple, with longer strap and a small pad for the shoulder since they are a bit heavy with all the gear in them.........

Here's a couple more ideas..... Denim is great cuz it's so durable and easy to get with growing kids....

Clothespin holder : Take an old pair of blue jeans and cut off the legs. Sew the legs completely shut and any holes, leaving the waist alone. Cut a canvas belt or other long object into two strips. Now, sew them like suspenders to the jeans. Hang this on a coat hanger and you have a bag to hang on your clothesline to put the pins in. You may want to sew the top of all the strapping together under the hanger to keep it from falling off............

Make can cozies, it's thick enough to be good insulation.......

Oh Wow! Great Ideas - Thank you!!!

(I couldn't get the apron one to open? ) Still LOADS to keep me quiet lol.

I really LOVE denim - like you said it's not hard to come by when you have growing kids and you can do so much with it. (I've been doing the jackets for years)

I LOVE the table that is so cute! Better get busy I guess.

    Thanks again

I actually made denim purses for Alexa's B-Day party for the goodie bags. Each girl received a personalized purse. In it I included things like a candy bar, hair bobs, a blow up punching bag and a push pencil. The girls loved them and I even had a few of the older girls at our school asking me if I would make them one and sell it to them. I think the total for each goodie purse was around $1.00. The best part is, when people have jeans that have holes in the knees, you can still use the back of the leg for this craft. I think they took me a couple of hours to make.
