any senior craft ideas?
I'm a Camp Fire leader and my group (ages 6 -9) is needing some ideas of some crafts to do with some seniors that live in a Residential Care facility. We generally decorate their dining room on holidays, but thought it might be a great idea to get the residents involved and did a craft with them. Something that is simple and doesn't take a lot of time, but any ideas would be great.

Well, this one takes a little time but the troop can make it go fast. How about taking magazines like readers digest and folding the pages to the inside to form a peak at the top. When you have folded down each page and tape the covers together, it looks like a tree. lol, well sorta. You could take each tree outside and spray a quick coat of green paint and sprinkle glitter on them.
We used to do this with our grandma when we were young and loved the time together."Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibity."
