lori, well the stupid hippy quilt....... i cut out all kinda wild fabric flowers and appliqued them onto a queen size piece of fabric for the top of the quilt. it is pretty wild but she is doing her room in hippy style. the serving tray... i bought a wooden serving tray, painted it scrabble red, then put tiles in the bottom, found a scrabble cup and hot chocolate mix to fill. we play scrabble all teh time when we are together. in fact i almost missed my flight last time do to an intense game.lol

I am just getting my plans together. LOL

I am making several scroll saw ornaments to take to PA with me... there are people out there that we don't really exchange gifts with, but they always have something for Tyler when we visit. I thought it would be nice to have those for them.

I also want to pick up the stuff to make a few of the Felt Angel Bears that Sara posted. I think one those would be cute tied on each gift with a candy cane in its pocket.

And my best project... I am going to build Butterfly Houses for my parents and grandparents. I will stain them and paint them up nice. I think I am going to get Butterfly identification books to go with them, or a butterfly feeder. I found some nice sites online that list info on butterfly gardens... when to put them out, what flowers attract them, stuff like that... I plan to print those out and include them too.

I think that's enough... seeing as we are leaving for PA the second week in Dec. LOL

I am making those mason jar oil lamps that Lori taught us to make! I made one so far like Sherry's snowman and it is too cute! (Thanks for those ideas ladies!)

I also plan on making some cute signs from old barnwood. Like one for the kitchen saying, "This is a self cleaning kitchen. Sp clean up after yourself!"

I want to make some fleece throws, but can never find the materials that match that I like.

I need to get going on these before it is too late.

I'm not doing any holiday crafts this year. We've got soooo much going on that I don't have the time or energy.
