Default Need Ideas for Baby Sock Snowman

Here's a pic of my "prototype" Baby Sock Snowman. I need ideas for decorating him. I'm not real happy with this, but I'm not sure why. Maybe cut up an old flannel shirt for the scarf instead of felt since the felt is leaving "fuzzies" on the sock. What about the face and nose? I couldn't find the bumpy chenille sticks at WM to make the noses out of, but I think that's what I want. What do you all think?
