I'd really love to do homemade gifts next year. I always think about it just as the first of December rolls around, toooooo late. I think I just may have it together enough to start after Christmas this year!

If I survive this year's gifts, I will be doing good. However, I really would like to make things for next year - in advance. This year I am working on the button wreaths (have made about 12) and am struggling, and I do mean struggling, to finish 17 of the homemade Christmas stocking ornaments.

I agree that it's a good idea to plan next year early though...I usually do some shopping for the next year right after Christmas. I think I'll look at craft supplies this year at a discount to use next year

Why don't we start a "Christmas in January Thread" Or March, April ect..... and list ideas to work on.... some of these things can include things we will be finding seasonally, like pressed flower cards or frames in spring ect...... How about that ?????????

    Good idea Lori!
I didn't make any crafts this year and you all made such pretty things. I hope to show off my craft stuff next Christmas. I'll be learning from the pro's.
