Default Hand Made Card - Opinions needed

I made this card for my DD who's birthday is on Tuesday.

This is one of the first cards I have ever tried and I know the thought was there but I'm a bit worried that at 16 (which is also quite a special birthday) she might think I was too 'mean' to BUY her one???

I know none of you are rude enough to say - it's rubbish! LOL but silence will be enough

I'm really not sure whether to give it or not now it's done?

Anyway here it is - what do you think???

I love cards that are homemade, that is a beautiful card. I can truly say that I hope every card I get for the rest of my life would be handmade, just as special as that card!

    You're awesome Bev!

I'm not a black and red fan, but when I was younger I loved the combo, so I think it's a great card for a 16 yr old.
I think it's very creative and much more "cool" and sweet to receive than a bought card on a special birthday. I think it's thoughtful of you to make her a card and I think she'll just love it even more because you made it.
I would have loved a fun card like that on my 16th birthday.
I'm telling ya. I admire you for staying so "with it" and fun and not becoming an ole conservative like me. I feel so old sometimes and often think my children will probably find me a bore and think I never had a day of fun ever.
