What is Vellum? Is it a crispy type of paper? Is it the stuff that lamp shades are made out of? Just curious.

    Very pretty

To answer your question, dolphin, from http://www.scrapbookbarn.com/scrapbo...m-products.asp

    What is VELLUM?
Vellum is translucent, has a smooth finish and is quite brittle. Vellum is often made of cotton and should be cut, scored, embossed and painted with care.
