Bulletin Board
I am so happy!
I have been seeing these neat bulletin boards in stores and on TV that have criss-crossing ribbons to tuck items in. So I decided to make one myself. I just finished it! First I bought some toile cloth napkins at TJ Maxx for $1.50 each. My boyfriend works at Lowe's, so I was lucky to get a piece of cull lumber for free. Even more lucky was that the cloth napkin fit perfectly over the board. I used a hot glue gun to attach the fabric to the board. I then went to Wal-Mart and bought some very pretty cream colored ribbon (this ended up costing me the most money). Then I used tiny nails that I already had to secure the ribbon. I hot glued the ends of the ribbon to the back of the board. It was so easy, that I know if I can make it then anyone can!
