Lightbulb margarine/ice cream cover craft

I remember years ago when I was in craft shows and being as frugal as I could. I took plastic covers( margarine, ice cream), cut out the middle and made them look like wreaths. Some people i seen used the smaller ones as xmas ornaments and crocheted all around the cover and put pic inside. I put lace on it on both sides and decorated with mini beads and flowers. I wish I still had one around to show u what it looks like. But it can be very sweet to match any of your color theme. Just and a early idea for xmas ornaments when u dont wanna throw out all those covers.

Pringles can lids work too---

And you can crochet around the rings from gallon milk jugs for tiny wreaths.

We do that too, with the lids, but instead of crocheting, we just wrap them with yarn and string some beads on randomly. Easy beautiful craft that the kids can do.
