Gosh Sara! That is so cute and easy enough that I could even do it! I am always picking up pretty teacups, when I see them at yard sales or thrift shops. This would be a great way to use them. Just have to find some the girls will give up from our tea parties!

i have seen that one before. it IS very very cute!! you know you can always make the teacup bird feeders out of those pretty teacups too! they are darling!!
