    Default Fringed Garland

    I always have my eye out for permanent party decoration ideas. I just think it's crazy to repeatedly pay for decorations only to throw them away. So I just happened upon this blog, with a wedding. It's worth the look. Scroll down and check out the fringed fabric garland, and the streamer garland. I'm so in love, and so plan on making some.

    I thought it was pretty too! I can see making these to string across the breezeway for parties.

    I have a great July 4th, yea U.S.A. banner that Debbie made me for the red, white, and blue exchange here on the FV. Which is just a little bit of perfection by the way! I'm seriously thinking of going through all my scrap material and pulling out all the red, white, and blue material and making fringed garland to go with it.
