    Default Memorial day plans?

I don't know if we'll be doing anything special. Gabe took the following Tuesday off, so we could do some work around the house. I'm sure we'll just do BBQ and hangout, but not sure yet.

    Anyone have any fun plans?

Sara, what day is Memorial day in the States.

This weekend is our long weekend. Monday we celebrate Queen Victoria's birthday. Won't be doing much except working on the m/bedroom and tearing off plaster, lathes and then insulating!!!

My son's birthday is on the 25th so cake and ice cream is a good bet. Other than that, maybe going to my parents camper for the weekend.

We will be going to the lake and going camping. We are staying through Sunday evening then coming back home because I have to work on Monday.

The daughter of one of my friends will be having her graduation on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and I will be there. Also due to the huge amount of snow we had, my dd has to go to school on Memorial Day Monday. Looks like I will be working in the yard if the weather permits. Maybe we can cook out sometime over the weekend. Nothing real exciting.

I'm sure that DH will be working that day. The twins are babysitting that afternoon (they babysit in exchange for horseback riding lessons, those bartering boys of mine!!!). I'd like to be able to go down to the river, but well have to see.
