I need Help My DD has chosen to do a Teddy Bear theme for her 3rd Birthday.....
I already have the cake and the cookie recipe's they are in the shape of a Teddy Bear's Head.
We will be having her birthday Party on the 24th of May at our Church because our home is to small.
Now I just need more ideas.
She will be turning 3 on May 23rd.

how about decorating the tables with teddy bears, or asking guest to bring their favorite bear. You could get books from the library themed around teddy bears and do story time or just decorate with them too!

You could also read the book We're Going On A Bear Hunt and let the kids act out the story as you read and go on a bear hunt afterwards (hide teddy bears all over the room). Here's a recipe for Beary Good Trail Mix that the kids can make and then eat as they go on the bear hunt. http://www.alphabet-soup.net/dir5/bearrecipe.html

Sounds like a fun party!!! Each guest could bring their teddy bear and you could read A Teddy Bear's Picnic (cute story) and have a picnic with teddies and guests! We did this one year and it was a hit! We also had a teddy bear parade. Have lots of fun!!

Of course, gummy bears have to be included in the celebration!
Nothing can taste as good as being thin will feel.

Instead of goody bags for my Jack's 1st birthday I bought big soft stuffed bears at walgreens-regularly 3 for $10, 80% off after Easter I paid around $1 each for them, they were a big hit with the kids and the parents preferred them to more little bags of stuff. I also did chocolate blues clues lolipops, maybe you can find a bear chocolate mold. Does anyone have a huge teddybear, you can bring it and send each child a photo of them with the bear in their thank you note. We rented ponies for Jack's party so we sent each family a photo of jack covered in cake and their kids on the ponies in their thank you card. Good luck, and make sure you take the time to enjoy yourself too!
